Hotel Opera Prague

The breakfast spread was fresh and plentiful with a variety of options from fruits and cheeses to bacon and eggs. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and very clean. The staff was prompt and efficient in attending to our needs, such as fixing a blown lightbulb in the bathroom. The bar was a great place to unwind with reasonably priced drinks. The location was excellent, within walking distance to old town square, tram stops, shops, and restaurants.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. There were also plenty of shopping establishments nearby. The service was top-notch, the staff couldn't do enough for us, especially the lovely porter. And lastly, the free and fast internet connection was a plus. These aspects were the only saving grace of our experience, but unfortunately, it was not enough to outweigh the negatives.

The staff at the reception were unwelcoming and lacked any understanding of customer service. They were argumentative, unhelpful, and even tried to hide information about prices.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel located in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the Old Town and near the river, train station, and subway station. The room was well-equipped and spacious, with a comfortable sitting area and great amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough for me, especially the lovely porter who always had a smile and a word of advice. Additionally, the hotel had great leisure facilities such as a sauna and jacuzzi.
